The doctors do set aside time each day to speak with patients, this being separate from the ability to talk with the duty doctor of the day, so if you cannot get an appointment REMEMBER we can easily speak with you and decide on what is most appropriate.
Out-with normal working hours i.e. after 6pm weekdays and at all times during the weekend you should call NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24.
Please also note that an 0845 number is NOT a premium rate number, it is charged at a local rate, it simply provides the practice with an efficient telephone system that links with NHS Grampian.
